Without net neutrality, Verizon and others falsely advertised unlimited data plans that actually slowed down after a certain cap was spent. That's not allowed under the regulations in place under the net neutrality rules. The FCC didn't want to pass this bill, as evidenced by the 12 years or so it took to go from the original regulatory legislation to the net neutrality rules in place before Ajit Pai repealed them. That's because courts kept ruling the enforcement of regulations out of the FCC's control. Now, the same problem will arise and the main people hurt are cell phone users for Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint, among others. Reinstate the FCC'S control to regulate the ISP's or get rid of it. The FCC is useless if it can't enforce the law like it's supposed to.
