This is a bill about class warfare and sexism. It is not necessary and will create more problems than it solves. Employers when faced with these restrictions will avoid hiring young professional females for fear of discrimination in pay levels. In the industry that I worked in before retirement a 70 hour workweek was the norm. A great number of females doing the same job but not working the additional needed hours (due to family and personal commitments) to complete tasks were at a lower salary level. Those that did made the same or more based on talent and experience.
