You don't go to people's homes and declare the rules you're used to. You couldn't for example establish a rally of armed people on one state line and march across the country never expecting to come in conflict with local law at some point. That's a basic conservative tenet that states rights can't be superseded by other states. There should maybe be leniency if you innocently didn't know, and it was a first time offense. But background checks shouldn't depend on appeasing concealed carrying measure. They're separate issues designed to flare the partisan line.
