The U.S. is not the Police of the World. Crimes Against Humanity, and War Crimes between countries other than the U.S. should be handled by International Criminal Bodies designated for such matters, and any “bounties” should be setup by those respective bodies. Besides, would America do so for its own citizens and political leaders? For example, George Bush misled the Congress and the American people on the necessity to go to war with Iraq. Would the U.S. participate in a bounty for such a person, and if yes, who would be charged with arresting the former President? Unless the U.S. is willing to apprehend its citizens and political leaders for criminal prosecution, the U.S. should stay clear of hypocrisy of such endeavors as has been proposed.
