What we don't need, is another bill to take care of another bill, to take care of another bill. I wouldn't want my boss to withhold my pay check because I couldn't get my constituents in the office to agree to a report that was due on Friday. Congress does need "to get on with it" and do their best to get the budget approved. I thought there was another law that said the budget had to be submitted by a certain date. If congress fails to meet that requirement, then, perhaps their should be some sort of judicial recourse.
