I appreciate all congressional efforts to begin mitigating pending effects of the evolving climate crisis. However, the impacts of not addressing all aspects of climate change on a world wide strategic basis risks funding shortfalls and potential unintended consequences. I’m a little concerned about shot-gunning all the things that could be done undercutting the long term strategic imperatives of dealing with climate change in a wholistic coordinated program. The time is short. The consequences are severe. It has to be done right the very first time.
