Everything is wrong about this bill, starting with a lack of bipartisan input at the outset and only token allowance for it as it goes forth. The bill's reliance on trickle-down is a fiction which has been repeatedly proven in real life. It will blow an immense whole in the budget which will gratify no one except perhaps (1) Donald Trump's massive ego and (2) Grover Norquist, the jerk who "doesn't want to kill government, just starve it to where it will wash down the drain by itself." What is being floated here is too vast to argue systematically in this space, but damn near none of it is good. It needs to be blocked and defeated before the ego-tripper-in-chief signs a grievously flawed bill that helps only his ego and his cronies and slides it to the rest of us in the worst possible ways.
