I am a nurse in ohio. these interventions are not specific enough. In the long-run, it will end up just being more paperwork with minimal visible change. in a hospital (which is my current settings) and in a nursing home (have worked there too), it is very difficult to be proactive about workplace violence. a more detailed plan is necessary. Furthermore, this should be a state issue. Definitely not worth 35-60 million dollars of taxpayer money for strictly audits.
