LGBTQ people are not being systemically discriminated against. That is already illegal in this country. This law does nothing but try to place their wants above the rights of others to chose not to be a part of their lifestyle. Private Universities, especially religion based ones, should absolutely be able to say that someone who is living a lifestyle contrary to their teachings is not going to be admitted. A baker should absolutely be able to choose not to make a cake for a gay wedding. It is called freedom of choice. It isn't like plenty of places aren't around who will happily provide the service. It is called freedom to choose. We do not need more laws that try to elevate a minority group into a position of preferential treatment. Equality means everyone should be treated the same, which means a gay baker can refuse service to a Catholic wedding if wanted and a Catholic baker can refuse service to a gay wedding. It works both ways.
