Should Individuals and Businesses Have the Choice of a Flat Tax Instead of the Current Tax System?

In my opinion it would be far better to get rid of all income taxes. But until that becomes a reality, it is a good idea to offer people a choice to pay using the regular tax, or the flat tax.
