You're really reaching if you have any opposition to this measure. Earlier I saw someone deride the bill because the language states that a report is to be submitted to the appropriate committees and agencies that oversee disaster relief. The complaint was that a report does nothing to help kids. That is not true, as the first step in making sure kids are well-provided for in a disaster relief scenario is to learn what is and is not being done, and how that should change. An investigation and report would do exactly that.
