Should Presidents & Vice Presidents be Subject to Civil and Criminal Penalties for Conflict of Interest Violations?

If a person is in a position that makes it too cumbersome for them to divest of all their assets or put them in a blind trust, he should not have run for president in the first place I am for this bill
