Prohibiting Federal Tax-Exempt Bonds From Being Used to Build Abortion Clinics

If any other non profit is eligible for this kind of bond, one that provides abortions, or pushes guns, or protects civil rights, etc. should be eligible. Same for for-profit organizations.
