Like has been said, Nothing is Free, somebody has to pay for it and its usually the little Taxpayer who has to do that. If a student want o achieve a higher education then they must try for scholarships and help pay their way through College. Too many can't find a job after the Education in their Field, so getting a College Education may not be the only answer.
