Does Congress Need to Electronically Publish its Documents in a Searchable Format?

We shouldn’t even have to vote on this! Our politicians work for us! Therefore, we should be able to easily search for information and documents regarding their activities in Congress. Congress should be keeping no secrets from the American public!
