Should Low-Wage Federal Contractors Get Back Pay After Shutdowns?

The politicians got paid and they closed the government I’m sure if The president lost his security detail his airplane etc and congress did not get paid shut downs would be short. How could we not pay them when we pay the LEADERSHIP
