I don’t care if it’s individual interpretations of Brady or a standard understanding of the ruling. Anyone who doesn’t offer full disclosure should face charges, period.
The argument is “innocent until proven guilty.” Therefore the burden of proof is on the prosecution. I understand them wanting to protect their argument; however, the prosecution withholding information or using falsified information can lead to false convictions and imprisonment if the defense is unprepared. We’ve seen this - “making a murderer” is a great example. We have enough people in the penal system now.
