Should Pharmacists be Allowed to Tell Customers Whether Using Insurance or Paying Out-of-Pocket is Cheaper?

Why not? Of course if they are working fir big pharma cimpanies like walmart, walgreens, target, etc they probably are forbidden to do so. Why is the government involved in people just doing the next right thing to help another person.
