Should Taxpayer Funds Not be Spent at Properties Owned by the President, Vice President, or Cabinet Secretaries?

If divestment prior to taking office isn’t going to be required as it should be, this bill at a minimum would eliminate such obvious and embarrassing violations of the emoluments clause.
