No. Women's medical care should not be legislated. This decision is between a woman and her doctor. Women having abortions after 20 weeks have reasons for that decision ranging from not knowing they were pregnant in time, not being able to schedule the procedure prior to then because of lack of clinic access, money, or childcare/job coverage to the far more serious issues that may be affecting the health or quality of life for their born or unborn children. This matter is private and should be handled privately by the individual receiving care and their service provider.
