Should Medical Marijuana Dispensaries Be Protected From Government Seizures?

This country has to shit or get off the pot (no pun intended) on this issue.. You can't have it both ways - you can't wage war on it in one state and hand it out like candy in another. It's time to fully, federally legalize it, regulate and tax it.
