Should the Electoral College be Abolished & the Constitution Amended to Elect the President by Popular Vote?

It's undemocratic. Until the electoral votes are proportionally allocated rather than winner-take-all and also removing the cap on how many house searts there can be, the electoral college will continue to be unfair to large states and cities.
