Letting New Mothers Claim the Child Tax Credit for the Tax Year in Which They Were Pregnant

They want to help women, give them proper health care before birth, subsidise a pregnancy leave and medical care. But to covertly push this as child care is preposterous. The fetus is not a child until it’s born and can live on its own.
