This bill change the current legislation regarding Visa applications and assylum requests adopting very cruel strategies. Things like "requiring DNA testing and surveying or social media" or stricter assylum interviews to "guarantee real fear and danger" (extremely vague) or "deporting the assylum seeker to a 'safe' third party country". I know the law has to be respected, but this is disgusting. No human being should be treated like a disposable, worthless object, nor should he/she be evaluated for "true fear" when doctors in psychology wouldn't dare to evaluate if someone's fear or pain is real. Worst of all, we have privacy protection but other people in the world don't? Now tourists and family members of citizens are second class people to whom the 14th amendment is not applicable?
