Women should be paid the same for the same work and training/experience, period. Furthermore, the bill has protection for those legitimate reasons for pay difference. The biggest argument against it is that trial lawyers would have a bonanza. This is only true if there are endless lines of people with false claims. If the claims are false, they will lose and they will dry up. If they are correct, then the lawsuit was just and necessary. It isn't something that would remain a concern in the long wrong as long as companies keep just pay practices.
