People shouldn't be forced to join union. The nay's reason given is not good one. I find it funny that they are saying the employee has a choice and if they don't like it go work some place else. Wouldn't that also go for birth control, or maturity leave or health care? If employer doesn't off birth control, then shouldn't a person that birth control is important to look for a job that offers it? I think so but now employers have to provide it. So why is is ok to say if you don't want to join union then go someplace else but it's not ok to say, if you don't like health plan a job offers, go somewhere else?
