Should Iranian Assets in Luxembourg Be Seized as Restitution for Victims & Families of the 1983 Marine Barracks Bombing?

Criminal acts of criminal regimes should ALWAYS be punished to the fullest extent of the law. Victims of those regimes should always have the ability to collect compensation for damages caused by the intentional bad acts of those regimes.
