I think it definitely needs evaluated. I don't think money alone is the answer. I watched my pap have to travel over two hours away for a 10 minute appointment. His 10 minute appointment would be an all day thing. I'm in Pennsylvania in a pretty populated area. No excuse for this. Also, I think veterans should be able to go to private physicians if they so choose. Specialized programs for PTSD would probably be best handled by the VA. But, the vet should have options. It's a disgrace how veterans are treated especially the ones that are injured in combat.
