Releasing Evidence Against the Recipient of a Presidential Pardon in Investigations Involving the President or His Family

Pardoning Scooter Libby was an attack on the Rule of Law. This president has no concern for truth, nor rule of law. Trump should have the power to pardon suspended during the remaining time in office.
