Does Congress Need to Oppose the President’s Proposed $10 Per Barrel Tax on Oil?

We need gas prices to go up so renewable energy will become a bigger priority. A gallon of gas should cost more than a Starbucks latte if we want consumers and, by extension, Congress to start paying more attention.
