I honestly have to go with the cuts. Admins inability to manage and say no to the people they serve has caused extreme bloat in overhead of which includes staffing. If a private company ran itself like our government does it would be out in short time or end up like Enron with corruption and executive bloat. Customers are never happy with fee raises but demand good service and product. Once the government learns to run itself like a good profitable private company then there will be success which will include employee expansion. Comments like future need of current staff bloat to take care of the current admin failures before failure is seen is political propaganda trying to demean the current attempts of correction.
