Prohibiting the Use of a National Emergency to Get Funds for a Border Wall

i think that the legislative branch should let this opportunity to check the executive go to the courts. Clearly, illegal border crossing is lower than in the past, drugs are still coming in, and IS is not staging an invasion via Mexico or Honduras.
