I find it disgraceful that our House of Representatives would even consider such a proposal. There is no war on Christmas. Our Constitution guaranteed not only the right of religious freedom but more importantly, the separation of church and state. This is a back-handed attempt to remove that separation by officially recognizing Christmas and Christianity as the national religion. Maybe Lamborn should read the Constitution, or at least get someone to explain it to him. If he wants to show the same level of support for American citizens who celebrate Kwanzaa or Hanuka or any of the other religions of the world, he would be supporting the values of Americans. Apparently, he does not.
