There are parts that need to remain in effect. We already had one bill that only partially works...it is vital the replacement be an improved version...not something haphazardly put together just because they can. Before ACA people died because their insurance maxed out or because their insirance was canceled when they got sick or they were denied or priced out of insurance due to a diagnosis. We cannot go back to that..not for a day. A thoughtful and carefully created plan needs to be in place before the ACA is repealed.
