Until I see a concrete plan from Republican congressmen and women, no part of the ACA should be repealed. I don't say any of this lightly; I actively fought against the ACA when it was first being proposed and implemented in 2009. I now understand what repealing the law would do to millions of people, myself included if enough of the law is repealed and I can't stay on my family's health plan until I'm 26 years of age. For the sake of all the people who have the most to lose and myself, if you are thinking about repealing without a definitive, physical, plan in place to substitute, do not repeal the any part of the ACA. This goes for all the proposed bills that seek to dismantle the law, not just this one.
