Should Money Seized From Drug Cartel Members Like 'El Chapo' Go to Funding the Border Wall?

This is one republican idea that I could perhaps support. It means the American taxpayer wouldn’t be funding the wall. While I still think the wall won’t be very effective, if the taxpayer isn’t paying for it, I don’t really mind it being built.
