This shouldn't be legislated. I'd be willing to bet that social media use on the job is a bigger distraction and misuse of time than viewing porn. If this law were designed to cut back on people doing inappropriate things online when they are being paid to work, it should include social media. This was clearly designed with the agenda of being "morality police." It is yet another egregious violation of separation of church and state, pushing conservative Christianity on citizens. No one who has this agenda should even be allowed to run for office because they are incapable of separating their religious beliefs from legislation, violating the constitution.
