Should the House Condemn the BDS Movement Targeting Israel as Counterproductive to the Peace Process?

I have the right to spend my money anywhere I choose and not where I don't. The right to shop only where I choose is a foundation for American democracy. Now trump says we have to buy things from Israel? I don't think so.
