Convicted and accused are two different things. It said convicted in the heading of this question, yet wen I read the intentions of the law it stated people who are “reasonably SUSPECTED to be guilty” of a misdemeanor hate crime. No, no, no! Due Process is required to remove guns from somebody. We don't take them away because someone thinks someone might be guilty! I think your guilty of murder so let's throw you in jail for twenty years! You people are playing with yourselves and the law that already protects a person against this type of persecution.
