Law enforcement has legal access to bank accounts through "warrant by judge" to individual accounts under investigation. They don't need a blanket coverage clause that lets them go on a shopping spree, until they hit on something. I realize there are criminals out there and crooked corporations that use these bank accounts for nefarious reasons. But it doesn't excuse the fact that due process and personal privacy rights have an exclusive priority under the constitution and must always be held irrevocable. If you think you have something on the "bad guys," then take your documentation and proof of questionable activities to a judge and let him/her decide if it carries any weight on a case by case application of the law. No blanket coverage, this isn't like an insurance policy.
