There are several facts in this proposed bill. One fact is that the VA is a hospital. Another fact, the VA has a crisis phone line, so yes, it must be manned and answered. Certainly a crisis line also need to be 24 hours a day. Now that parameter are set, what is the problem? Money? Nope! The VA if flush with money. So is it personnel? Maybe. But most probably it's leadership from the head commander himself, Mr. POTUS, who finds his friends in high office says yes to his face, but gives him the finger when he's not present. Therefore, if I'm correct, the VA needs a good Spring Cleaning and it's quite possible a Mr. Trump can fix a fixable problem. So leadership is the answer. The VA can again become a hospital saving lives and not a paycheck for bureaucrats.
