It's up to the point where this isn't just about someone trying to use the bathroom, this is about an individuals right expressing themselves to be acknowledged under the law. This whole ordeal is becoming an issue revolving around bathrooms when the real issue is that we continue to disacknowledge other genders / sexual orientations as if they don't exist. We may not see them often, but they exist. We are not talking about having the right to pee in a bathroom to the restroom you identify with, but we are talking about safe and guaranteed healthcare, a comfortable space without having the fear of being targetted, equal job opportunity without the chance of being discriminated against, and so much more. If these humans exist, then we need laws to protect them. No ones religious belief is being attacked or oppressed or thrown out the door if a lage group of individuals aren't able to gain rights we already have - let alone BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS. Sexual orientation & gender identify rights are HUMAN RIGHTS. Period.
