The United States should launch a limited but extremely effective campaign against ISIS and ISIL as soon as the Pentagon can get their act together and put it into motion. The campaign should include the military forces of other willing Countries in the region. The forces should be limited to fast-strike special forces, including forward air controllers, that get in fast, neutralize/eliminate extremist forces, and extricate the area to continue the attacks in other areas. No occupation forces should be used unless they are the people who normally inhabit the area and know the enemy forces if they should return for another fight. Send in the Air Cav with loudspeakers blasting Edvard Kreig attack music if it will help deter the radical terrorist occupiers. No need for hundreds of thousands of boots on the ground. Fast-strike mobile special forces with proper support is all that would be needed. The element of surprise is necessary to protect our forces, not to allow IED's to be set for our forces ahead of time. Not limitations should be on the table...anything goes in order to get 'er done fast and get out. There should be no time limit or limit to the boots on the ground. If this cannot be amended as such. Repeal and replace the bill to make it effective. Then vote yea.
