This has been implemented in states before, and has never proven to do anything but waste taxpayer money. Moreover, the companies providing the testing resources profit greatly, and are almost always tied to one of the bill's sponsors in a shady way. I should also include that to qualify for unemployment benefits, one must meet certain criteria (hint: it's working a lot). Employees have earned these benefits by working a specific number of hours in the qualifying period. It's not "free money," as republicans are fond of spinning it.
