I vote against this. All lives are NOT equal, according to this bill. It is the training and preparedness that seperates LEO's from civilians, who are not trained, not armed in most cases and not in a career that requires one to accept the possibility of being harmed on a daily basis. To imply that killing an LEO who is trained, prepared and accepting of the hostile nature of their job is a greater offense than to kill an untrained civilian takes power away from the people and places even more into government.
