Should the Minimum Age to Buy a Handgun be Lowered to 18 From 21?

Owning a gun is a big responsibility and it requires maturity. If you don't have any business of owning one then an 18 year old doesn't need one. There are a lot of things an 18 y/o individual needs to focus on and it's not purchasing guns.
