There must be an ernest and reliable reform for inmates being released from prison. Society must give them the glimmer of hope before true rehabilitation is possible. Releasing ex-felons from being incarcerated, then leaving them hopelessly without a means to fit into mainstream society is keeping them from becoming productive among our many vast avenues. To release them back into our society , they must at least get a chance and not be labeled with warning signs on their resumes where employers and the eye-teams squash any chance of them ever being free to persue a more profitable way of life.
