A ceremonial, overall pointless bill. But there are tons of those, all the time. If the others get passed, then obviously this one should as well. Stop giving women the short end of the historical stick. The most interesting historical figures are women, but nobody gets taught who they are. Victoria Woodhull was the first woman to run for president (Frederick Douglas was the VP) and nobody even knows her name. She also was the first woman to run an accounting firm and run her own hedge fund on Wall Street. People need to learn the whole history of this country, and the world. Not just half.
