Should States Pass Laws Raising the Minimum Age to Buy Tobacco Products to 21 or Lose Grant Funding?

The laws says no drink until age 21, so raise tobacco age to 21 and raise the abortion law to 21 and i stead of 16 and can get an abortion without a parents consent.
