Within the boundaries of consensual sex, a woman and man equally know the risk they are taking if they do not want a pregnancy. Punishing a future citizen life for the actions of another is wrong. Any way you look at it, pregnancy would ultimately result in a human being brought into the world barring natural complications like miscarriage. And as far as regular screenings and checkups and other various necessary medical needs of women, I would ask why the president's Affordable Care Act isn't enough to handle matters like the above?
